SEO Hire - SEO Career

SEO Hire is a new program initiative that connects SEO Career participants and alumni with hiring companies to fill their entry-level full-time roles.

Eligibility

SEO Hire is currently only open to SEO Career participants who are either graduating seniors or recent alumni with 1-2 years’ work experience

How It Works

1. Speak with your Career Development Advisor

2. Complete your Welcome Call and access the SEO Hire self-paced online training course

3. Schedule time to meet with your SEO coach and practice interviews with industry specialists.

4. Easily apply to full-time roles in Thrive. SEO will share qualified candidates  directly with  hiring managers.

How can I be successful?

SEO Hire provides resources to help you land your full-time professional role. After you complete your welcome call, take advantage of the coaching, interview practice, and self-study materials. We ask for your dedication and commitment to yourself and to SEO as you prepare for interviews and become desk ready.

What is the deadline to join SEO Hire?

There is no deadline. Full-time roles will be posted throughout the year on an ongoing basis. Check in with your SEO coach and/or industry specialist, along with the job portal and email communications for the latest full-time opportunities

What type of roles are available?

Entry-level roles that require 0-2 years’ work experience such as analyst or rotational programs, across various industries/functions including Finance, Investment Banking, Marketing, Real Estate, Sales, Operations, HR and IT.

SEO Hire builds on our 40+ year track record of helping recruit, train, and coach Black, Latinx, and Native American students, to be successful in summer internships at partner companies, aiming to convert those interns into full-time hires.

Now we’re expanding beyond the internship and preparing students to become desk-ready for their first full-time entry level role.
