Phase 1
Edge: Interview Prep

Everyone who gets accepted into SEO Career starts with our Edge Phase. This intensive multi-week training provides you with everything you need to prepare for interviews and land the offer. You’ll get access to self-paced online training resources, be paired with a dedicated SEO coach to work on your resume and conduct practice interviews, and start getting access to potential internship opportunities from SEO Career partners.

What to Expect

A typical timeline is 4-6 weeks from application to acceptance and students should expect to spend about 40 hours of training and prep for interviews.*

Phase 2
Success: Internship Prep

Once you receive an internship with an SEO Career Partner you’re accepted into the Success Phase. Here you get industry-specific training for your future role, are assigned a dedicated coach for personalized support and develop the technical and soft skills you need to hit the ground running on day 1 of your internship and get that full-time offer come summer’s end.

Application Qualifications

All SEO Career participants are responsible for completing online technical training coursework specific to your industry/internship, maintaining contact with your SEO Career Coach, participating in interview preparation for potential partner interviews and attending required SEO Career events.

To qualify you must also meet the following requirements:

3.2 GPA required *

All Majors

Accredited 4-Year University

Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior

Work Authorized in the U.S. **

* 3.0 may be considered

** F-1 Students may be eligible for Phase 2: Success

When should you apply?

We review applications for Edge on an ongoing basis and candidates can receive career prep resources, training, and coaching year-round. Applicants seeking summer internships with our partners are reviewed monthly from October through April and selections are made on a rolling basis.
